PTSD is a prime factor connected to the ONE A DAY suicide rate in the U.S. Military. More than 300,000 of our veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan have been diagnosed with PTSD. And, tragically, most of these vets will not receive any or enough treatment, to heal their deep psychological wounds. There simply are not enough treatment resources available to meet this overwhelming need. And there wont be for years to come. Thats why it is so important that we focus upon what I and my colleagues have found can be done now - on a virtually self-help basis.
