This is the story of Mylas T. Knirve, one of DecaDome City's most annoying criminals. Mylas has been locked away in a Kansas federal prison for the past three years. Lawyer William Zenith Robert recently instituted a program whereby newly released convicts would be under the direct supervision of a city official. The city took a vote and Mayor Katz was selected as the first “guinea pig”.
